Oh, fall, that somewhat magical time of the year when my hair gets oily, my skin gets dry, and no matter how many layers I wear I can never get warm enough. I obviously realize how ridiculous that sounds when I live in one of the most beautiful places in the country that literally has perfect weather year round, but regardless of how not cold it is, I still always find myself striving to find warmth in my home. James Tabb is one of those designers who achieves this feeling effortlessly. From the warm wood tones to a timeless cataloged gallery wall, he introduces whimsy, color, and warmth into this dining area with ease. He adds linen dining chairs for comfort but uses a striped pattern to bring continuity to the space. Regardless of what he’s doing James Tabb opens the door for creativity and color without neglecting that functionality and comfort are key. I will always be swooning!
